Golden nine laser will provide a variety of production process solutions for potential customers free of charge, including technical consultation, sample cutting, equipment selection, and can customize various laser cutting machines according to customers' special requirements.

Installation and commissioning

While delivering the equipment to customers on schedule, Golden nine laser dispatched technical service engineers to install it on site. Provided that the user has the spare parts for installation and commissioning, the technical service engineer will complete the orderly installation and commissioning of the laser cutting machine within 1-2 days for normal use by the customer.

Technical Training

Golden nine laser provides free laser cutting machine technical training. After installation and commissioning at the user site, 1-2 operators and maintenance personnel of the user will be trained. The training content includes laser principle, equipment structure, process description, equipment maintenance, etc.

Equipment maintenance

Golden nine laser promises: 1 year warranty from the date of installation and commissioning of the equipment. If the equipment is damaged and malfunctions, the company promises to provide users with solutions within 24 hours. After the equipment warranty expires, maintenance services will be provided for life.
